【Things to note when making a reservation】
★Period for Accepting Reservations　March 8, 2024 (Friday) 9:00 AM - April 26, 2024(Friday)　　※It will end as soon as the budget runs out.

★Business use is not eligible.　Publicly funded business trips, issuance of receipts with a company name, and use of business cards are not eligible.

★Your identity will be verified at check-in.
　Required documents Only one of the following is acceptable (My Number Card, My Number Notification Card,
　Driver's license, passport, residence card, health insurance card, long-term care insurance card, etc.
　(Pension book, student ID card, company ID card, driving record certificate, various welfare handbooks such as disability certificate, ID card issued by national or local government agency)

★Only local payments are accepted as payment method.　Credit card payments and advance payment payments cannot be discounted and are not eligible.

★Discounts are not automatically applied to hotel reservations.
　　When making a reservation, please write down the company name or other instructions on the receipt.(Optional) Please enter "Use of Niigata Support Travel Discount Campaign" in the field.
★The Hokuriku Support Discount will be given when you pay for your stay at the hotel.It will not be displayed in the discount amount when making a reservation.

★If you make a room charge-only reservation at check-in and include breakfast or dinner, this will be considered an additional order and will not be eligible for discounts.Accommodation plan with breakfast included at the time of reservation　
　Please select a half-board accommodation plan.

★Children sleeping with you will also be eligible for discounts, so if you are staying with us, please include them in the number of children who will receive free meals and bedding.

【About discount application for existing reservation】
★Customers who make direct reservations on the Niigata Toei Hotel official website or by phone
　　→　Reservations that have already been booked are not eligible.Only eligible accommodation reservations made after March 8th (Friday) are eligible for the discount.

★Customers who made a reservation through a travel agency or online travel site (Rakuten, Jalan, etc.)
　　→　Please follow the instructions on each reservation site to make a reservation for the Niigata Support Travel Discount Campaign.Transferring reservations directly from a travel agency or online travel site to a hotel is strictly prohibited.Please note that we cannot respond even if you call the hotel directly.
